New Serenity aerial footage released, finish installation underway
Suffolk Construction has released new aerial footage of Serenity, a 195-unit apartment building with 2,100 square feet of retail opening Spring 2017 in Mission Hill. Exterior finish panel installation is well underway, and moisture-resistant cladding is fully installed along the building’s frame. Per an update by Prellwitz Chilinski Architects, interior unit finishing is underway on lower level units. Steel framing is being installed on upper floors to lay out units.
