Demolition began recently at Cliveden Place; the project will replace a former Woolworth's department store with a new mixed-use building. The new building will contain 56 condominiums and 7,500 square feet of retail space.
Across Hancock Street from Cliveden Place is under-construction West of Chestnut. Together with West of Chestnut, Cliveden Place will further activate Quincy Center's commercial heart.
