49 apartments with ground-floor retail proposed near Alewife Station
Developer Acorn Holdings has filed a Special Permit Application (SPA) with the City of Cambridge Planning Board to construct Concord 605, a six-story mixed-use building containing 49 residential rental apartments above 4,128 square feet of ground-floor commercial/retail space; the following is a link to the SPA. The Concord 605 site is conveniently located near the Alewife rapid transit station and the Fresh Pond Reservation. Concord 605 would be located next to 603 Concord at Fresh Pond, an existing mixed-use building developed, owned and managed by Acorn Holdings containing 61 residential rental apartments above 6,574 square feet of ground-floor commercial/retail space.
