Residential tower planned at Huntington Theater site
The Matteson Companies, a member of the investment group who acquired the Huntington Theater property in the Fenway, has released preliminary renderings of a 350 to 400-unit residential tower planned at the Theater site. Two existing buildings on site would be demolished to construct the tower. The theater building is currently planned to be retained. The following are renderings of the tower:
