18-unit Roxbury condo development moves forward as developer acquires site
The approved 18-unit Garrison Trotter residential condominium development in Roxbury took a step forward Monday (December 5th) as developer Windale Developers acquired the formerly city-owned site, which totals over 1.5 acres, per documents recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. The $6 million project will bring new housing to four vacant lots. 12 condominiums at Garrison Trotter will be designated affordable.
