Los Angeles developers acquire Milner Hotel in Bay Village for $17.9 million
Last Thursday (August 11th, 2016), real estate developers and investors Ross Walker and Karan Suri of Los Angeles, CA, Co-Founders and Managing Partners of real estate investment company Hawkins Way Capital, acquired the 64-room Milner Hotel in Bay Village for $17.9 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. One of the oldest continuously operating hotels in Downtown Boston, the Milner Hotel first opened in 1877 as the Sumner Hotel. The five-story, 16,335 square foot hotel building stands on a 3,928 square foot parcel located in Bay Village at 78 Charles Street South.
