19 new condominiums proposed in East Boston’s Orient Heights
Developer Patrick Mahoney has filed a Application for Small Project Review (ASPR) with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) proposing to construct 16 Boardman Street, a new $6.2 million three-story building containing 19 new condominiums located in East Boston’s Orient Heights steps to the MBTA Blue Line and Constitution Beach; the following is a link to the ASPR. An existing two-family dwelling would be demolished. Mahoney anticipates to start construction of 16 Boardman Street in the second quarter of 2017, with expected completion in the second quarter of 2018.
