Cabot, Cabot & Forbes proposes 40 new Kendall Square residential units


Developer Cabot, Cabot & Forbes has submitted a Special Permit Application (SPA) to the City of Cambridge proposing to construct a new three-story building in Kendall Square at 135 Fulkerson Street containing 40 residential units including 16 one-bedrooms, 21 two-bedrooms and 3 three-bedrooms. 35 units would be offered at market rates, and five units would be designated affordable. 40 parking spaces would be provided on site. Private open green space would be available to residents. Cabot, Cabot & Forbes entered a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the 135 Fulkerson Street site's current owner in March 2015.
