21-story apartment building proposed in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner
Chestnut Hill Realty proposes to construct The Coolidge, a new 21-story residential building, in the heart of Brookline’s Coolidge Corner. The Coolidge would contain 320 residential rental apartments. Apartments would range from studios to four-bedrooms, with market-rate pricing ranging from $2,586 per month for a studio to up to $13,511 per month for a four-bedroom. A Project Eligibility Letter (PEL) application for The Coolidge has been submitted to MassDevelopment and is now under official review.
