Sheathing installation underway at 135 Athens Street
Installation of moisture resistant sheathing has begun along 135 Athens Street’s superstructure. The four-story building will soon top off. The two-story wooden frame along Athens Street is complete to the building’s roofline, and the concrete elevator core is topped off. The building’s foundation is fully complete.
