482 West Broadway construction nears
Construction of 482 West Broadway, a South Boston mixed-use building approved by the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) last month, is nearing; existing commercial buildings have been vacated. Caught in Southie reports that last Friday (November 4th, 2016) was the last day of business for the former Dunkin' Donuts, Perkins Supply and Schubert’s retail locations at 482 West Broadway. Schubert's had been in business at 482 West Broadway for nearly 60 years.
