76 Stonley Road in Jamaica Plain receives final approval
The 28-unit 76 Stonley Road residential apartment development in Jamaica Plain has received final zoning approval and will now move forward with construction. The City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approved the project at Tuesday (February 7th)’s meeting. 76 Stonley Road will be located in Jamaica Plain steps to the Forest Hills rapid transit station and will feature 28 new apartment residences.
