Boston Pinnacle Properties Closes on Downtown Office Set for Resi Conversion
Boston Pinnacle Properties has acquired 281 Franklin Street in Downtown Boston for $3,800,000. The firm is planning to convert the existing building from office space to residential. The ground floor uses of the 6-story building will remain the same with the upper floors converted to 15 apartments, a mix of studio & 1-bedroom residences.
