Boston Unity Soccer Partners File LOI for White Stadium Renovations
Boston Unity Soccer Partners has filed an LOI for the transformation of White Stadium in partnership with the City of Boston & Boston Public Schools. Boston Unity's portion of the project entails the extensive rehabilitation of those portions of the existing White Stadium facility consisting of the "West Grandstand", and the addition of certain other limited facilities housing retail, food/beverage, and entertainment amenities in the area on the southerly portion of the land adjacent to the existing facilities to be called The Grove. Boston Unity will conduct its design, renovation, and construction activities in concert with the City's own plans for the stadium. The goal for the public-private partnership is to reimagine White Stadium as a hub for Boston Public School athletics, a treasure of the local community, and bring a professional women’s soccer team to Boston. NWSL Boston will be ready to take the pitch in the 2026 season.
