Boundary Acquires Acorn Storage Portfolio
Boundary Companies announced the acquisition of Acorn Storage, a stabilized self-storage portfolio comprised of 4 properties with 838 storage units, two cell towers, and 65 rental parking spaces, located along the I-95 corridor in Elkton, Maryland.
With Acorn Storage, Boundary Fund I has completed ten acquisitions since April 2021. To date, Boundary has committed 80% of the Fund across $150 million of self-storage, industrial, data center, and build-to-rent townhome investments.
