Boutique Hotel to Rise in Downtown Boston
City Realty Boston won approval for a 12-story boutique hotel at 7-9 Hamilton Place in November 2022 and now a building permit has been issued for the project. The 83-room hotel will also feature a ground-floor restaurant and rooftop terrace with views of The Boston Common. Designed by RODE Architects, the project will revitalize an existing three-story building on site, while creating a cohesive design that merges old and new through details that celebrate the history of the original building which dates back to the mid-1800s.
