Boynton Beach Officials Approve 371 Unit, Ocean One Apartments
On April 18th, The City Commission of Boynton Beach approved an 8-story apartment complex project to be built at 114-222 N. Federal Highway.
The project called, Ocean One Apartments will offer 371 apartment units, 25,588 square feet of commercial space and parking garage with over 650 spaces. Amenities would include a pool, a pickleball court and a fitness room.
The developer plans to break ground in Q1 of 2024.
