BPDA approves 33-39 Ward Street, 14 new condominiums in South Boston
The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 33-39 Ward Street, a new five-story mixed-use building featuring 14 condominium residences, at last night’s board meeting. Two residences at 33-39 Ward Street will be designated affordable. 33-39 Ward Street can now proceed with construction.
