Branding Revealed for Former Peace Corp HQ Redevelopment
The residential redevelopment of the former Peace Corp. HQ at 1111 20th St. NW has been named Elle Apartments. The branding, created by Design/Marketing Firm Streetsense plays off the property’s location, as the name pays homage to its L Street location while the double L resembles an 11. When complete the project will feature 163 state-of-the-art apartments with elevated amenities and a buzzy ground-floor restaurant.
