Brickell's Tallest Office Tower Under Construction is 60% Leased
More than 60% of 830 Brickell has been leased and negotiations for the remaining space are underway. The most recent lease deal was signed by New York-based A-CAP which leased the entire 35th floor.
830 Brickell, rising 55 stories and 725 feet, will be the tallest office tower in Brickell and the second tallest in Miami. The tower will include 640,000 square feet of leasable office space and 8 stories of parking.
