Brighton Development Site Acquired for $2.3M
Saybrook Construction has acquired the development site at 56-58 Murdock Street in Brighton for $2,320,000. Approved plans call for a 6-unit condo development with 8 off-street parking spaces. The project site is comprised of 17,020 square feet on one of the deepest lots in the area within a 1/2 mile of St. Elizabeth’s Medical, Boston Landing, and Brighton Center. The plans call for two identical 3-family structures on either side of the lot separated by a common driveway leading to a landscaped backyard.
