Aker has acquired Pelham Hall along Beacon Street in Brookline for $70,000,000. $42,000,000 in financing for the transaction was secured through CBRE Capital Markets. The mixed-use building, constructed in 1930, features 148 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. The complex is located on the Coolidge Corner stop of the MBTA's Green Line and is near the Longwood Medical Campus. The building last traded in December 2020 for $74,000,000.
