Brooklyn Residential Tower Nears Completion
Construction seems to be wrapping up for 37 Sixth Avenue, a 28-story residential tower in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The tower is being developed by The Brodsky Organization and will contain 316 apartment units. Currently, Tishman Construction Corp is finishing up the building's facade work, and the exterior looks nearly complete.
Designed by Marvel Architects, the 370,789 sqft building will stand 296 feet tall and have 271,455 sqft of residential space. It will also have a fitness center and a residential lounge for its tenants.
37 Sixth is located just around the corner from Barclays Center and sits across the street from 18 Sixth Avenue; another major residential project. The building is also a quick walk from Atlantic terminal, giving residents easy access to a wide variety of transportation options.
