Brown Development & Aldon Properties Move Forward with Battery Lane Site C Redevelopment Plans
Brown Development & Aldon Properties in collaboration with Hensel Phelps have released details on the first phase of the Battery Lane District Redevelopment. Plans for Site C, the combined 4890/Glen Brook and 4900/Glen Mont Battery Lane site, call for a 120-foot multifamily building. The project would include 315 residential units along with a host of amenities including a fitness center, community gardens, and a pool. The development team expects to file the site plan with Montgomery County Planning in late June and says they anticipate that no construction will occur on the project until March 2023.
