Building Permit Issued for JP Multifamily
A building permit valued at $14,000,000 has been pulled to begin work on the multifamily project planned for 10 Stonley Road in Jamaica Plain. The development team also secured $10,580,000 in financing for the project from The Property and Casualty Initiative, LLC. The project calls for the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new building to include 45 residential units. All units within the project will be designated affordable.
