Building Permit Issued for Notre Dame Ed Center Project
A building permit has been issued for the upcoming project at 200 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston near Andrew Square. The project calls for a new 6-story building to feature 49 residential units along with 9,500 square feet of space on the first-floor to be donated to the sisters of Notre Dame de Namur (original owners of the property) to use for adult education. An at grade parking garage will also be included in the project to hold 31 vehicles.
