Building Permit Issued For South Boston Mixed-Use Project
A building permit has been issued for new a 7-unit condominium project at 287 Old Colony Ave in South Boston.
The upcoming project calls for the construction of a 7-unit condo building consisting of seven residential units and one retail space. Parking for residents would also be constructed underneath the building.
The development site is located a short distance from Andrew Square in South Boston.
