Building Permit Issued for South End Community Arts Center
A building permit, valued at $16,241,862, has been issued to start work on IBA’s 4-story Community Arts Center approved at 85 West Newton Street in the South End. The 26,000-square-foot building will include a performance and events multipurpose space, art exhibition space, practice rooms, and classrooms, meeting and community rooms, and offices for IBA administration, resident services, youth programming and other arts and services.
