Building Permit Pulled for 580K SF Eisenhower East Mixed-Use Project
A building permit valued at $1M has been issued to the Paradigm Development Company to begin excavation and sheeting and shoring at 2200 Mill Road in Alexandria. The work will be the first stage of construction for an upcoming two-tower mixed-use project to include 420 residential units and a 180 key hotel. The buildings will be separated by a hardscaped drop-off plaza with surface parking that is accessed from Dock Lane and serves the main lobby entrances of both buildings.
