Building Permits Issued for First 2 Buildings at Indigo Block in Dorchester
Two building permits have been issued for construction to kick off at the Indigo Block project along E. Cottage Ave. in Dorchester. The permits, valued at $14M, are for the 6-story, 80 unit apartment building and the two-story commercial building to feature light industrial and office space. The project was originally approved in June 2016.
