Building Plans Submitted for South Tampa Townhome Development
Lennar Homes has submitted building plans with the City of Tampa for a 32-townhome community in south Tampa. The rezoning plans have been approved. Manhattan West, a new townhome community proposed in south Tampa, would offer 32 townhomes along S. Manhattan Avenue north of Gandy. Plans indicate the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhomes will be contained in seven three-story buildings. A church and its school and office buildings are on the site, the buildings will be demolished.
