Calare Properties to Sell Jacks Abby Building
Hudson-based, Calare Properties, who owns the building at 100 Clinton St, currently leased by Jacks Abby until 2030, has decided to put the property up for sale via CBRE/NE.
Located in suburban Boston, the property features a 130,000 square-foot first-class industrial building sitting on a 4.97-acre parcel of land. The brewery has rapidly grown from making 18,000 barrels in 2015 to brewing more than 40,000 barrels in 2017 and has about 3,000 visitors weekly.
