CBRE Brings 18 Property (South Boston/Dorchester/Quincy) Red Line Portfolio to Market

CBRE Capital Markets has been exclusively retained to sell “The Red Line Portfolio”, an 18-property urban core portfolio with residential, retail, and additional development potential throughout South Boston, Dorchester, and Quincy, MA. The South Boston portfolio makes up 13 of the 18 total properties, comprising 72 residential units and 12,489 square feet of retail across 11 existing properties, along with two development sites, with plans in place for an additional 22 residential units and 5,339 SF of ground-floor retail.

The Dorchester portion of the portfolio includes three properties, comprising 22 residential units in the “Residences M” at 11 Minot Street. While in Quincy two buildings are offered including 14 residential units. The portfolio is currently 100% occupied with annual turnover of only 10-15% and upcoming renewal increases for September averaging $325 or 8.4% to date.
