CBRE sells 125/150 CambridgePark Drive, 470,258-square-foot Alewife Station office complex, to Morgan Stanley for $210 million
CBRE Global Investors has sold the 470,258-square-foot 125/150 CambridgePark Drive Class A office complex, located steps from the Alewife MBTA Red Line station, to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing for $210 million in cash. The sale amounts to $446.56 per square foot; CBRE acquired 125/150 CambridgePark Drive in November 2014 for $163 million, or $346.62 per square foot, from a partnership of Blackstone and Equity Office Properties. 125/150 CambridgePark Drive features desirable tenant amenities including a Whole Foods-branded full-service cafeteria, a fitness center and a game lounge. The building hosts key tenants such as Boston Scientific, EMC, HP, Intuit, Regus, Thomson Reuters and Whole Foods Market.
