Certificate of Occupancy Issued
The South End's highly anticipated 345 Harrison development has just been issued a certificate of occupancy.
The development, a mixed-use project, consists of two new 14-story buildings totaling approximately 535,900 square feet of new space. Approximately 585 rental residential apartments, along with up to 40,000 square-feet of ground-floor retail including a 10,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy and the Shore Leave tiki bar and restaurant.
