Changes Announced for 23-Story One Bromfield Tower
has announced changes in the design and scope of One Bromfield Street, a planned tower in Downtown Boston. The scale has been reduced by 17,000 square-feet for additional sidewalk space, and a sleek redesign has been released.
Plans call for a 23-story speculative Class-A office tower at the corner of Washington and Bromfield streets in Downtown Crossing. The project will feature square-feet of ground-floor retail space along the highly-trafficked shopping district.
