Charlestown Development Financed for $8.5 Million
The development at 610 Rutherford Ave in Charlestown has received $8.5 million in financing via East Cambridge Savings Bank.
The approved project calls for a five-story building comprised of twenty-two residential condominium units on floors two through five. Level one consists of the resident's lobby, bike storage and parking for 19 vehicles. There is also a loading/drop off area to service the building.
