Chicago Planning Commission Approves Rezoning of 1838 North Elston
The previously M3-3, Heavy Industry District to a B3-3 Community Shopping District allowing for the mixed-use property. The once heavy industrial zone will now be the home to the thirty-four residential unit and one commerical unit building.
