Citadel Leases Six Floors at Upcoming 830 Brickell
Citadel founder Ken Griffin has signed a lease for 95,000 square feet at an estimated $10-$12 million per year. Citadel announced in June its plan to relocate its headquarters from Chicago to Miami, a move that is not uncommon post-pandemic.
830 Brickell, rising 55 stories and 724 feet, will be the tallest office tower in Brickell and the second tallest in Miami. The tower will include 640,000 square feet of leasable office space and 8 stories of parking.
