City Approves Affordable Housing Development Planned in Tampa
The City of Tampa has granted approval for a new affordable housing community in Tampa. The Adderley is being developed by Blue Sky Communities with construction by Park & Eleazor. The Tampa-based developer currently has 10 affordable housing communities in various stages of development in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. The Adderley will add 118 apartment units. The five-story building will include 67 one-bedroom, 37 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom apartment units. Community Amenities include a pool and playground.
