City Officials Approve $30M Office/Retail Project in Key Biscayne, Fl
Developers recently won approval with a 5-2 vote from the Key Biscayne Village Council for a two-story commercial project they are planning. The approval is for the 1.35-acre lot located at 12-24 Crandon Blvd in Key Biscayne, Fl.
Plans include a 26,000-square-foot structure that will feature office space on the second floor and retail space on the ground floor with a padel ball court on the roof. The project is estimated to cost around $30 million.
