City Realty acquires 4-20 Braintree Street, 0.46 acres of developable land in the heart of Allston, for $6 million
Local real estate developer, investor, property manager and broker City Realty Group has acquired 4-20 Braintree Street, 0.46 acres of developable land located at the corner of Braintree Street and Franklin Street in the heart of Allston, for $6 million. Northern Bank & Trust Company provided $4.8 million of financing towards the acquisition. The land's seller is longtime owner Jack Young Auto Parts Company; a series of commercial and industrial buildings totaling 23,703 square feet stand on the land, with the remainder comprised of surface parking.
