CBRE has listed One Citizens Plaza in Providence for sale. In a bid to solicit offers, the company did not list an asking price.
A 180-foot Class-A office tower located at the confluence of the Woonasquatucket and Moshassuck rivers in Downcity Providence, One Citizens Plaza features 85,978 SF of leasable office space across 14 stories and is located adjacent to the Providence Amtrak and MBTA station.
