Clearwater Hotel Sold for $8 Million
The Terrace Garden Inn in Clearwater was sold for $8 million. The deal was brokered by Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp. The hotel is a 10 minutes' walk to Bright House Field, home of Philadelphia Phillies Spring Training Camp. The hotel offers guest rooms with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Terrace Garden Inn provides a daily continental breakfast. Guests can use the business center or the 2 tennis courts. Shuffle board and barbecue facilities are also on-site. Guest rooms at the Terrace Garden Inn are equipped with cable TV and work desks. Coffee makers and ironing facilities are also included in each room. Microwaves and refrigerators are available upon request. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are within 9.9 mi of the Terrace Garden Inn.
