Clubhouse Exterior Nearly Complete at Trevesta Place
The exterior of the clubhouse and one of the apartment buildings is nearly complete at Trevesta Place. The garden style multifamily development is located in Palmetto, a burgeoning submarket of St. Petersburg and Bradenton, FL. Future residents will live a short distance from beautiful Tampa Bay, nature trails, and enjoy excellent schools, golf courses, restaurants and retail. Trevesta Place will offer 256 apartment units in six four-story buildings. The apartment units offered will be 24 studios, 88 one-bedrooms, 120 two-bedrooms, and 24 three-bedrooms, ranging in size from 770 to 1248 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, garages and a dog park. The project is estimated to begin pre-leasing in late December and be completed with its first building in April 2023.
