Clubhouse Ready for Landscaping at Novo Gateway
Construction crews are preparing the clubhouse for landscaping as construction moves towards completion at Novo Gateway, a new apartment community in Fort Myers, Florida. Novo is located at the intersection of State Road 82 and Colonial Boulevard, just east of Interstate 75 in Fort Myers, Florida. The Property is convenient to many major employers in the Fort Myers market including the Gulf Coast Medical Center, Hertz, and Florida Gulf Coast University. Novo Gateway is a new 344-unit multifamily development comprised of 270 apartments and 74 townhomes, that offers an affordable lifestyle with great access to retail and employment centers. The property will feature spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes along with 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes.
