CO Issued for South Boston Elderly Housing Development
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for the O'Connor Way Elderly Housing development in South Boston. The new building, constructed on a formerly vacant lot in the Mary Ellen McCormack housing development features 47 one-bedroom units. 46 of the units are designated affordable housing for people age 62 and over with one unit used for an on-site resident manager.
