CO Issued for The Meetinghouse in Dorchester
A temp. certficate of occupancy has been issued for The Meetinghouse along Hancock Street in Dorchester. The mixed-use building features 36 modern apartments offering walk-in closets, quartz countertops, and slate tile baths along with 720 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 400-square-foot ground-floor gallery housing community artwork. Another nod to community art comes in the form of the apartment doors which feature art installations by 4 local artists. The Meeting House Doors Project was established to support local artists affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and each work reflects the inclusivity of the building and the diversity of the community.
