Colorful Hotel Completes in Washington Heights
General contractor, , has completed a 23-story hotel tower, located at 2420 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan's Washington Heights neighborhood.
Developed by , the hard-to-miss building is known as the "Radio Tower & Hotel". The hotel is now open for business and is comprised of guest rooms.
In addition to guest rooms, the building has ground-floor retail space and a Dominican restaurant, located on the 19th floor, known as "Jalao NYC". There is also an enclosed, cellar-level parking garage, with enough room for 169 vehicles.
Designed by MVRDV and Stonehill & Taylor, the Radio Tower & Hotel stands feet tall and totals square feet. The structure is currently the tallest building in Washington Heights by a considerable margin.
