Community Three Closes on Construction Financing for TideLock
Community Three and Whitaker Investment Corp have closed on construction financing for TideLock arranged by Cushman & Wakefield. This office-to-resi conversion will help to transform the Alexandria waterfront, creating 169 apartments and 65 luxury for-sale condominium residences. The project will also include 6,500 square feet of retail space and 5,000 square feet of arts space which will be home to Levine Music. Dave Yampolsky, Senior Vice President at Community Three tells BLDUP, "We are very excited to get started with this transformative project on the Alexandria waterfront. Working hand in hand with Clark Construction, we will ensure the delivery of a vibrant mixed-use development that will be additive for the surrounding community in Old Town North."
